Panoramic mountains can be viewed from the balcony which extends the width at the rear of the house. We also have a spacious backyard which is quiet except for the birds singing in the trees! The house is within walking distance to the Hanalei Bay Resort, beach, and golf course, five minutes to Princeville, 7 minutes to Hanalei, 15 minute drive to Ha'ena, the fabulous tropical paradise, where the road ends and the Na Pali coast begins! Kauai's north shore is known for its lush greenery and garden like landscape. Its beaches are incredibly beautiful where many films have been produced. Besides the scenic beaches, the Island of Kauai offers the spectacular Waimea Canyon, hiking on the Na Pali coast, canoeing to the Fern Grotto on the Wailua River, endless waterfalls, dry and wet caves, whale watching and the marvelous Hanalei Valley. All this is very close! Our fully furnished 2 story 1600 sq.ft. home is very comfortable, bright and airy. It is a 3 bedroom (2 queen & 2 twin beds),with 2 baths: 1 bath w/shower/bath & 1 w/large shower & 2 separate sinks. All linens are furnished. The livingroom/dining room/kitchen are one big room. The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, oven/range, dishwasher,coffee machine, & blender for whipping up those mai tais! The livingroom has a tv with cable,vcr & stereo. The dining room seats 6. Outdoors on the rear balcony you will find a barbeque grill. We have boogie boards, pails/shovels, beach chairs,towels, snorkels & masks! Just bring the suncreen! Notes: Same rates all year! 7 night minimum. We require a deposit to hold for your dates and then we draw up a lease agreement. There is a $200 key/breakables/phone deposit.
